Town Planning Ordinance (Cap 131)
The Appeal Board Panel (Town Planning) is constituted under section 17A of the Town Planning Ordinance (Cap 131). The jurisdiction of the Appeal Board is stipulated in sections 17B to 17C of the Ordinance and regulations 3 to 8 of the Town Planning (Appeals) Regulations (Cap 131B).
